We only deliver to mainland France and the European Union.
STANDARD: 3 to 5 working days in France and within a week abroad.*
EXPRESS (chronopost): 24 to 48 hours on working days in France and 72 hours abroad.*
*delivery times are 5 to 7 working days for Classic deliveries and 2 to 3 days for Express deliveries.
Returns:
Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return the jewelry to us*. Jewelry without its original packaging (label, plastic and pouch) will not be taken back, refunded or returned. Only the jewelry will be refunded.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Please provide the order number so that we can identify the order. If we are unable to identify the package, the jewelry will not be refunded.
